Calling for Volunteer Assistance and Baked Goods Donations for St James' Pop-up Cafe

Dear Church Community,

We hope this request finds you well and warm as we embrace the holiday season. We are reaching out to you all with a humble request for volunteer assistance in our beloved church pop-up café on Tuesday afternoons. Volunteer support is invaluable in making our Cafe a success.

We need as much help as possible each week in various roles including kitchen work, setting up the hall, talking to visitors, handing out food as well as meeting and greeting our visitors.

Our pop-up café has become a vibrant community gathering place, especially for our community's young people, and we are always grateful to receive donations of baked goods to offer to our guests. If your schedule doesn't allow you to volunteer for a session, contributing some freshly baked treats would greatly help us in expanding our food offerings for all those who attend.

In the coming year, we would like to enhance our café's offerings by introducing more activities for our young people and visitors to connect more with the Church, holidays and Holy days. Therefore, I am calling upon your creative spirits. If you have any suggestions or ideas for themes or activities, I would be immensely grateful to receive them.

Together, we can continue to create a warm and welcoming space that fosters community and connection.

Thank you in advance for your support and generosity
