In each parish the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is the main business meeting of the year where members of the congregation meet to receive reports on church activities and to elect members of the Parochial Church Council and Deanery Synod. It is, traditionally, preceded by an annual Meeting of Parishioners (or Vestry Meeting) where churchwardens are elected by the community.
This year's meetings will be held as follows:
- St Michael's, Teignmouth - Sunday 16 March 2025 in St Michael's church (during 9.30am service).
- St James', Teignmouth - Sunday 6 April 2025 (after 11.00am service).
- Shaldon Parish - Saturday 12 April 2025 in St. Peter's Church at 11.45am
- St Mary's, Ideford - Thursday 22 May 2025
- St Nectan's, Ashcombe - [tba]
- St John's, Luton - [tba]
- St John's, Bishopsteignton - [tba]

Any matters arising can be raised at the APCM or directly with the Churchwardens, PCC Secretary or Treasurer as appropriate.
Elections
Every six years commencing this year, 2025, each parish must prepare a new Electoral Roll of those who may vote in elections at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. The previous Roll is closed and if you wish to vote in this year's elections to the PCC you must submit a new Application Form to your parish Electoral Roll Officer:

To join the Electoral Roll, please complete an Application Form, and pass the completed form to the Electoral Roll Officer of the relevant parish. Electoral Rolls will be closed to new applicants from approximately two weeks before the APCM.
