Supper at My 'Ouse (after Caravaggio) by Anna Grayson.
This is my re-imagining of Caravaggio's "Supper at Emmaus", though my model for Cleopas on the right decided it should be called "Supper at My'Ouse" - well who wouldn't want Jesus to join them for supper? And would we recognise him immediately if he did? This for me ties in with the Celtic tradition of "Often, often, comes Christ in Stranger's Guise".  For me this is a key to Christian faith.
I also liked the nod to Jewish tradition of cooking chicken with the feet on - this certainly makes the best chicken soup. But these days no-one sells chickens with feet on so I had to improvise with plastic chicken's feet. But the link between Passover and Easter is something else I find very important.
