Recovering from the death of someone we love, often means trying to make sense of a world turned upside down.
Coping with grief is exhausting, painful and can be lonely. We may not wish to share with family members for fear of upsetting them. It takes time to regain our bearings, to see that life can be good again, although changed.
We can help by offering support through:
- Telephone befriending
- Working in a group with others who have been bereaved
- Meeting you in a local cafe for a chat over a coffee.
