First Wednesday   10am Holy Communion followed by coffee

The church is also open for personal prayer from 10am-12 noon on Wednesdays and has an Outdoor Quiet Space which is open all day, every day. From 16 August the church will be open all day, every day.

Summer Tea

The St John’s fundraising team is rather small at present but we have planned a Summer Tea at the Community Centre on Saturday 14th August from 3-5 pm.  We hope it will be a jolly gathering allowing people to meet up once more.

Having said that, we are being careful and serving teas at tables rather than letting too many people mill around.   We are mindful that not everyone has been out and about and may have got out of the way of mixing.

Please pray for fine weather so we can set up tables outside.

We hope you might be able to help us in some of the following ways?

Would you let This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. know if you can help...

  • By making cakes or scones
  • Laying out tables beforehand
  • Waiting at table
  • Washing up
  • Donating something to the raffle
  • Lending a sun umbrella if it’s hot weather.

Thank you and look forward to seeing you.
