There is simple Quiet Garden at St John’s, Bishopsteignton, through the church gates and take the right-hand path through the yew trees.
The garden is recently refurbished and offers a place to sit quietly, to enjoy peace and tranquillity, in prayer or quiet contemplation. There is a resource box under the small wood table which includes poems, prayers and other items to enrich the experience of being there.
The garden is an affiliated member of the Quiet Garden Movement and is always open. www.quietgarden.org
